EBERTS, WILLIAM FREDERICK - It is with great sadness the family announces the unexpected passing of William Frederick “Bill” Eberts, born February 7, 1946, while visiting family and friends in Fenelon Falls, Ontario, on October 2nd, 2013. Beloved husband of 46 years to Pauline nee Jackett and father to Paula Marlene Eberts. Predeceased by both of his parents. He will be sorely missed by his grieving family; sisters Marnie (Garry) Ferguson and Leah (Richard) Doiron. As well as brother in law to George (Anna May) Jackett, Shirley (Clair) James, Jim (deceased) June Jackett and Marina (deceased) John McLennan, as well as many nieces and nephews. Bill was a selflessly loving husband and father. With decades of nurturing his love of family and his gift in music he found his niche with the Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo as its Principle Director of Music. “See you in the countermarch, Bill” ~S.M.
The memorial for William “Bill” Eberts will be on October 21st, 2013 from 2 to 4pm at the New Maryland Centre, 754 New Maryland Hwy. In lieu of flowers the family asks a donation to be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
