Passed peacefully at his residence in Hampden, on Monday, October 7th, 2013, at the age of 98 years, Nathan Osmond. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his children: Rhuda (Harvey), Douglas (Sandra), Calvin (Frances) & Leah, all of Hampden, NL; grandchildren: Dianne Bartlett, Tracy Banks, Kimberly Andrianidis, Craig Osmond, Rick Osmond, Robert Osmond, Baxter Osmond & Paul Osmond; seven great grandchildren; brother Arthur (Gladys) of Hampden, NL & his personal home care worker; Veronica Osmond. Nathan was predeceased by his wife; Dulcie, parents; Levi & Fanny, siblings: Martha, Winnie, Mary, Elizabeth, George, Jeremiah, James & Stephen and daughter-in-law; Ruby. Also leaves to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, family & friends. The family will be receiving family and friends from The Church of the Epiphany, in Hampden, NL, on Wednesday, October 9th, 2013, from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm, where also the funeral service will take place from on Thursday, October 10th, 2013, at 2 pm, with Rev. Marlene Leggo officiating with the burial to follow at the Church Cemetery in the Rooms.
