Passed peacefully away at Glennbrook Lodge on October 5, 2013. She was born on June 9, 1925 at Lions Den, Fogo Island and was the daughter of the late Michael and Bridget (Dwyer) Lukeman. She was predeceased by her husband William Walbourne; brother Clarence Lukeman; grandson Daryl Bradley Strickland; granddaughters: Samantha Jane Walbourne and Candace Bridget McKenna. Left to mourn are her daughters: Bridget (Terry Murray), Alice (James McKenna); sons: Clarence (Diane), Justin (Beverley), Jerome (Carolyn), Kevin (Patricia), Austin (Debbie) and Michael (Gloria). Also left to mourn are her 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
