BAZIN, GLENDA G - Glenda G. Bazin, 75, of Moncton, passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, October 10, 2013. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Thelma (Gilbert) Steeves. Glenda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, particularly enjoying the role of grandmother over the last 19 years. She had a passion for crafts, knitting, crocheting and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Glenda will be sadly missed by her sons, Kelly (Bonnie) and Fred, both of Moncton; daughters, Dianne Khemraj (Richie) of Fredericton and Holly Babin (Andrew) of Moncton; cherished grandsons, Benjamin, Tarique and Rohan; sisters, Lois Donnelly (Stewie) of Irishtown and Joan Bulmer (Leonard) of Moncton; brother, Hollis Steeves (Stella) of Salisbury; several nieces, nephews and extended family members. In addition to her parents, Glenda was predeceased by her husband, Ulrich “Rick” Bazin (2007).
A Celebration of Life Service for Glenda will be held at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 1:30 pm. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment, Curryville Cemetery, Curryville.
