After a lengthy illness, passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family Linda Murphy (nee: Converse), age 53 years. Leaving to mourn her husband, Chris; daughter, Lana; son, Christopher; granddaughter, Avayah; mother, Dorothy Converse (nee: Brocklehurst); mother–in-law Joan Murphy (nee: Williams); brother Leo Converse; sister Leeann (Gerald) O’Brien; nephews Michael and Andrew O’Brien. Special cousins Peter, P.J., and Aileen O’Leary. Predeceased by father, Leland Converse (of Olean, New York), father–in–law Jack Murphy, grandparents Charles and Mary Brocklehurst and Leo and Ida O’Leary, co-workers and clients at Scotiabank (Avalon Mall), as well as a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Caul’s funeral home, LeMarchant Road on Sunday and Monday 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass from Corpus Christi Parish on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at a time to be announced.
