Jim Windrem of Moose Jaw peacefully passed away on November 2, 2013 with family by his side at the age of 74. Jim is predeceased by one son Angus; his parents Albert and Margaret Windrem (nee Bills); siblings Mabel Dahlman, George Windrem, Florence Hawkins, Elizabeth “Eliza” Scheveck, John Windrem and Herbert “Herb” Windrem. Jim will be sadly missed by his wife Irma; children Calvin (Bev) Windrem, Sherry (Ken) Beer, Shawn (Kathy) Windrem; 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; sisters Laura Malaryk and Mary Riley as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Come and Go Tea will be held at the Eagles Club, 561 Home St.W, on Friday November 8, 2013 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm. Sharing of Memories will start at 2:30 pm. Interment will take place at a later date. For those wishing, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Moose Jaw Humane Society or Stray Cat Rescue and Protection Society (SCRAPS).
