Beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and husband, Jeff Higgs (Pop) passed away on November 4,2013 at St. Mary’s Hospital. 
Survived by his wife of 62 years, Lillian (nee Carlson), son Rick (Vicki), grandson Justin (Julie), granddaughters Danielle and Jamie (Jami) and great-grandchildren Logan and Jack. Predeceased by daughter Sheree.
Jeff (Pop) was a wonderful part of the family, always selfless and caring, plus an avid NFL fan. He will be truly missed.  
A special thanks to Dr. Robinson and nurses and staff at the Pender Harbour and District Health Centre and St. Mary’s Hospital.
