Hallett, Dulcie Belle of Happy Adventure, NL, formerly of Flat Island, Bonavista Bay. Passed away peacefully on October 31 at James Paton Memorial Hospital at age 97 years. She is predeceased by husband Harold and daughters Grace, Margaret, Donna and Daphne. Left to mourn are daughters Lorraine Chaffey of Eastport, Gloria Matchim of Gander and Joy (Hubert) Penney of Balmertown, ON. Dulcie Belle also leaves 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren. Funeral service was held in Eastport. Interment followed at the Eastport Anglican Cemetary,
