IRVINE, ARTHUR - Arthur “Art” Ronald Irvine, 48, Lantz, passed away in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro on November 12, 2013. Born in Fredericton, he was the son of Arthur Ronald Sr. and Judith Diane (Coburn) Irvine, Davidson Lake, NB. Art loved hunting and fishing and time spent at his camp at Davidson Lake. He was a passionate Montreal Canadiens fan. He was an aircraft maintenance engineer at Jazz Aviation the past 25 years and will be missed by his colleagues. Besides his parents he is survived by his wife Ivy and her children Paul McKone and Chris McKone; brother-in-law Richard McQuinn.
He was predeceased by his sister Bethany McQuinn. Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm, Friday, November 15, in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie. Cremation will follow and a funeral service will be held 2pm Monday, November 18, 2013 in Riverside United Church, Prince William, New Brunswick, Rev. Jennifer Brown officiating.
