Violet Sharon (nee Banks) Wall, born May 23, 1948, passed away at her home in Crestview, Florida, U.S.A., after a courageous battle with cancer on October 31, 2013.
She was a wonderful mother, wife, grandmother, sister and friend. We are all going to miss her so much.
Violet left her home in Annandale, P.E.I., at 18 years of age to work in Ontario. She returned to her beloved P.E.I. many times to visit her family and friends.
Left to mourn are her two daughters: Tara (Steve) Burkett and Kelly (Richard) Helmstetter; her grandchildren: Sierra and Teaghan Burkett and Jarrid, Jordan and Jada Helmstetter; and also sisters, Ronelda (Billy) Victor, Bonnie (Craig) Jenkins; and brothers: Johnny (Wanda) Banks, Martin (Francis) Banks, Danny (Sandra) Banks and Joseph (Cathy) Banks; and many nieces and nephews as well as grandnieces and grandnephews. She was predeceased by her mother, Vivian (nee Croucher) Banks, and sister, Lorena Jenkins, wife of Bobby Jenkins.
Interment was at Heritage Gardens Cemetery, Nieceville, Florida, U.S.A., on November 7, 2013.
