Peacefully, with her family at her side, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, on Friday, November 15, 2013, of Mrs. Florence May Pigott (nee Affleck) of Savage Harbour, age 81 years.
Beloved wife of Sterling and dear mother of Mabel (Jimmy) Feehan, Freddy (Kathy), Charles (Linda) and Brady. She is also lovingly remembered by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and sister-in-law, Sally Affleck. She was also predeceased by her parents, Fred and Muriel (Mitchell) Affleck; sister, Rita (Pius) Feehan; and brother, Adrian (Brother) Affleck.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home. By request there will be no visiting hours or funeral service. If so desired, contributions in memory of Florence may be made to the Children’s Wish Foundation or the P.E.I. Humane Society.
