MILNE, CORA MAY nee BONNELL - In Ottawa, on Tuesday, November 19th, 2013, at 93 years of age, following a short stay in the Ottawa Civic Hospital. Born in Saint John, New Brunswick, Cora was a long- time resident of Ottawa and a summer camper at Bayview Lodge, White Lake. Her keen appreciation for the outdoors, her flowers and her neighbours is the stuff of legends. Cora was predeceased by her husband and life partner Harold "Butch" Milne, and is survived by her one son Douglas (Sylvia), grandsons Bruce (Angela) of Austin, Texas, and Andrew (Dominique) of Ottawa, sisters Elsie Garnett and Lois Jones of Saint John and five great grandchildren. She will be missed by the family and all who enjoyed her friendly banter.
In respect for Cora's wishes, there will be no funeral. Her family will hold a graveside ceremony at Fernhill Cemetery in Saint John at a date to be determined. Condolences at mcgarryfamily.ca 613 728 1761
