It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eugene Francis MacDonald, age 66, on November 16, 2013, as a result of a tragic motor vehicle accident in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Gene was born in Souris, P.E.I. in 1947, the youngest child of the late Francis and Hilda (MacKinnon) MacDonald. Beloved husband of the late Patricia (Moore). He will be greatly missed by his daughters, Jennifer (Les), Andrea (Derick) and son, David Moore. He was a proud grandfather to his eight grandchildren, who lovingly called him "Scrampy" -Jusslie, Lucas, Phoebe, Zackary, Wynnie, Amber, Jacob and Maggie Patricia. He is survived by brothers, Earl (Florence) and Norbert (Debbie), and sister-in-law, Marg. Predeceased by his brother, Dan. Gene will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. His charm, wit, kindness and love will be sorely missed by his family and friends.
