It is with heavy hearts that the family of Jason Alec Slade announces his sudden passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, NL, on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2013, at the age of 41 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his children; Kayla, & Kennedy, his parents; Joyce & Barry Slade, his brother; Cory (Amanda), his nieces & nephews; Chelsey, Joshua, Jenna, & Jared, his best bud; Rex, also leaves to mourn a large number of aunts, uncles, other relatives, family & friends. Jason was predeceased by his grandparents; Alfred & Ella Slade, & Michael & Mildred Simon, his uncles; Alec Slade, Michy Simon, & Brian Wellon, his aunt; Jean Thornhill. The family will be receiving family and friends from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL, on Thursday, December 5th, 2013, from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm. where also the funeral service will take place from on Friday, December 6th, 2013, at 2: pm with Rev Myles Vardy officiating. As for Jason wishes cremation will follow and a private burial will follow at a later date.
