GOLDSWORTHY, BRIAN - Brian Allan Goldsworthy, loving husband of Nancy (Elliott) Goldsworthy, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 9, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1948 in Saint John he was the son of the late Gordon and Marguerite (Ramsay) Goldsworthy. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother Donald Goldsworthy, sister Rose Anthony and niece Susan Laudano. Besides his loving wife of 43 years, Nancy he is survived by his sons Mark Goldsworthy (Christine Cormier) and Kevin Goldsworthy (Jennifer); cherished granddaughter Maddison Richard; brothers Harley (Wini), John (Eva), Stephen (Nora) and Lloyd (Carol); sisters Marguerite “Sis” Lennon (Warren), twin sister Barb Guthrie and Shirley Williams; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Following cremation, visitations will be held from Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) on Thursday, December 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, December 13, 2013 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
