Passed peacefully away at his late residence, Bay Roberts on Monday, December 9, 2013, Mr. James D. Mercer, aged 83 years. Predeceased by parents Isaac and Janet Mercer, 1st wife Bertha (Deering) Mercer, sister Evelyn (Joseph) Fellows, brother-in-law lister ShuteLeaving to mourn his wife Ethel (Noseworthy) Mercer, son Isaac (Bernice) Mercer, daughters: Jean (Cryil) Jacobs, Mae (Cryil) Boone, Paula (Albert) Snow; sister Mae Shute; grandchildren: Jeffrey (Leah), Christa, Megan, Lori (Wayne) Brian (Carrie), Jamie, Jennifer (Mark), Matthew (Laura); great grandchildren: Jack, Isaac, Samuel; Also the Deeding family, the Butt and Noseworthy family and special friend Andrew Butt. Resting at Moore's Funeral Home, Bay Roberts with visitations on Wednesday: 2 - 5 PM: 7 - 9 PM: Thursday: 10 - 12 Noon: 2 - 5 PM: 7 - 9 PM: Friday: 10 - 12 Noon.
