David Hanley
HANLEY, DAVID J. - It is with great sadness and regret that the family of David J. Hanley, 41, announce his unexpected passing on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 in Moncton. Born in Campbellton, David graduated from Sugarloaf Senior High and went on to attend St. Thomas University and Saint Mary’s University, having recently completed his Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety through the University of New Brunswick. David is lovingly remembered by his parents, Fred and Marilyn (Nichol) Hanley of Moncton; and brothers, Bill (Heather) of Calgary, AB, and Jamie (Trish) of Riverview. David was a very special uncle to his nieces, Kaylee, Shannon and Katelyn and his nephew Judd; as well as his many aunts, uncles and cousins. David was predeceased by his grandparents, Joe and Greta Hanley of Campbellton, Walter and Hazel Nichol of Tide Head; as well as his uncles, Boyd Nichol (Joanne) and Jimmy Nichol of Campbellton. David was respectful to the differences within us all, always there to provide support or a helping hand. He cherished beautiful summer days spent on the Restigouche River and making lasting memories with his family and friends. His welcoming, affectionate smile and warm, soft heart will forever be remembered.
