September 1, 1943- December 15, 2013 - Age 70 years - Passed peacefully away surrounded by his family and friends at James Paton Memorial Hospital on December 15, 2013 after a long fought battle with cancer. Predeceased by his father, Silas. Left to mourn are his loving wife, Joy; her daughter, Robin; his 3 daughters, Cathy, Barbara, and Karyn; his two Granddaughters, Sarah and Saba; his mother, Gladys; his brothers, Cyril, Ivan and Don; his sisters, Patsy (Ray), Irene (George), Shirley (Wayne), and Joan, as well as a large number of nephews, nieces, and in-laws. Funeral service for family and close friends was held at Oram's Funeral Home in Glovertown on Wednesday, December 18th, 2013. "Fondly remembered, forever missed".
