The family sadly announces her passing on December 17, 2013, in Ottawa, Ontario, at the age of 34.
Daughter of Tom and Suzanne Ralph. Dear sister of Scott (Denise) of Ottawa, ON, Todd (Amber) of Rustico, PE and Chris (Lindsay Doiron) of Invermere, BC. Beloved aunt of Jenna, Kristen, Jaclyn, Ava and Mariah. Kelly will be missed by her extended family and friends.
