BELYEA, E. JOY - E. Joy Belyea died in Fredericton on December 26, 2013, at age 84. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Kevin G. Belyea, and her parents, Suzie (Bell) Carruthers, and Colonel Walter J Carruthers Sr. She is survived by her children, Susan E. Belyea, Andrew A. C. Belyea (Gisele), and Penny J. Belyea (George), grandchildren Amanda Morrison, Jared Morrison, Danielle J. G. Belyea, Kevin A. C. Belyea.
