It is with great sadness that the family of the late Rita Hynes announce her passing at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre, Stephenville Crossing on Friday, December 27, 2013 at the age of 87 years. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, Hubert and four sons: Kevin (Wendy) of Prince Edward Island, Gerard (Brigitte) of Ontario, Dennis (Donna) of Pennsylvania, Alexander (Louise) of West Bay, four daughters: Merina Williams (William Dennis) of Felix Cove, Helen (Nicholas) Dennis of Piccadilly, Verniece Hynes of West Bay, Lillian Hynes of Prince Edward Island, three brothers: Raymond, Ignatius, Gerry, three sisters: Sylvia, Anita, Cecilia, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Alban, sisters, Mary, Monica, & daughter, Sylvia. Friends may call at Our Lady of Fatima Parish in Piccadilly on Wednesday, January 1st from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, January 2nd at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Parish in Piccadilly with Cremation to follow.
