Suddenly at his home on Monday, January 20, 2014. Terence Charles McWade, age 80, loving husband of Teresa (Giancola), cherished father of Gina Marie, Maureen and Christopher McWade. Loving brother of Mary, Patrick, Bert and Mickey. Predeceased by his mother, Ethel (Brennan), and his father, Frederick McWade; his brothers, Gordon McWade and Reverend Fred McWade O.M.I.; and his sisters, Claire McWade and Ruth MacDonald. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Former Program Director of Rogers Cable Television in Oshawa. Honorary member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 43.
Mr. McWade is resting at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King Street East, Oshawa, ON. (905-433-4711) on Thursday, January 23, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Prayers at 2:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Gertrude’s Catholic Church, 690 King Street East, Oshawa on Friday, January 24, at 9:30 a.m. Interment Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby.
