In Loving Memory of Hazel Eva (Klein) Zopf
Our Mom joined the angels in heaven, with her family by her side, on January 20, 2014. Hazel was predeceased by her husband Otto; two infant children, son Darcy and daughter Janice; parents, Edward and Mabel Klein; her five siblings; plus numerous family members. She will be sadly missed by her five daughters, Cheryle; Brenda (Michael); Melanie; Penny (Robert); and Gaylene (Randy); thirteen grandchildren: Tara (Jamie), Derek (Lisa), Tristin (Ryan), Kyle (Nicaila), Nolan, Dylan, Tyler, Aryn (Kyle), Kayla, Tanner, Matthew, Logan, and David; three great-grandchildren: Portlyn, Alivia, and Kobane; plus many other family and friends. An Evening Prayer Service on Sunday, January 26, at 7:00 pm and the Mass of Celebration on Monday, January 27, 2014 at 11:00 am, will both be held at the Church of Our Lady, 566 Vaughan St., Moose Jaw Father Carlos Jimenez will be the Mass Celebrant, assisted by Stephanie Molloy for the prayers. Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to Child Find, the Huntington Society of Canada, or the Multiple Sclerosis Society, would be gratefully appreciated.
