MELANSON, LEOPOLD (MEL) - January 21, 1930 - January 26, 2014 - Leopold passed away peacefully in Seaforth, ON, after a lengthy illness. He was the son of the late Jacques (Jimmy) and the late Léa (Boudreau) Melanson of Memramcook, NB. Survived by daughters, Leanne McKay of Egmondville, Joanne Bartman of Goderich and Janine Courtemanche of Brampton, Ontario; sister, Jacqueline Cantwell of Princeton, NJ; brothers, Laurier Melanson and Raoul Melanson (Cheryl) of Riverview, NB, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Jacqueline (Jackie) Melanson, brother Dr. Jean-Louis Melanson, and sister, Maryse Topakian.
