The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Tuesday, February 18, 2014, of Jeanette Arsenault, beloved wife of Allan, of South Rustico. She was the loving mother of Mike (Carolyn), Arlene MacQuarrie (Dwayne), and Amanda Medina (Erik); and grandmother of Lucas and Jillian MacQuarrie, and Mya Arsenault. Jeanette is also survived by her sisters and brothers, JoAnne (Fan), Ronnie (Grace), Carol (Jim), Roy (Joyce), and Beverly; brother-in-law, Alyre (Mona); and sisters-in-law, Roma, Estelle, Camilla, and Hilda; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Elmer and Rita Doucette; her mother-in-law, Cecile Arsenault; sister-in-law, Donna Doucette; and her brothers-in-law, Arthur Arsenault and James Getson. Resting at Central Queen's Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow, for visitation on Thursday, February 20, 2014, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, South Rustico, on Friday, February 21, 2014, at 10:30 a.m. Interment at a later date in St. Augustine's Cemetery.
