AUDET, ROSE-MARIE - Rose-Marie Audet, 56, of Moncton, passed away suddenly on Thursday February 20, 2014 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born on July 27, 1957 in Petit-Rocher, she was the daughter of the late Aurèle and the late Yvonne (Doucet) Aubé. She was a teacher at Hillcrest School in Moncton for 32 years, and retired in 2012. She is survived by her loving husband, Louis; two children: André (Stéfanie) and Chantale (Léo), both of Moncton; her two dear grandsons: Samuel and Joel; four sisters: Dorilda Veniot of Petit-Rocher Sud, Louise Guitard (late Raoul) of Petit-Rocher, Eva Aubé of Nigadoo and Natalie Aubé (Denis Vienneau) of Beresford; four brothers: Lorenzo (Donna Zamora) of Saint John, Michel (Delcina) of Tremblay, Robert (Ginette Grondin) of Petit-Rocher Sud and Richard (Alfredine David) of Bathurst; one brother-in-law, Neil Shanks of Saint John; her mother-in-law, Gilberte Audet of Bathurst; five sisters-in-law, eight brothers-in-law; their spouses; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one sister, Irène Shanks, and an infant brother, André. Rose-Marie will be fondly remembered for her generosity, her patience, her devotion to her family and her love for her grandsons. She will be missed and loved forever.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) Sunday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 pm only. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix R.C. Church, 87 Murphy Avenue, Moncton, on Moncton February 24, 2014 at 11 am. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe cemetery. In memory of Rose-Marie, a contribution to the Moncton Mental Health Association would be appreciated.
