GAUDET, ELISE - 1929 - 2014 - Elise Gaudet, 84, of Villa Providence, Shediac, NB, formerly of Albénie St., Dieppe, NB, passed away on Saturday, February 22nd, 2014, at her residence. Born in Rogersville, NB, on June 6th, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Marguerite (née: Aucoin) Richard. She was a parishioner of Ste-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church. She is survived by two daughters: Patricia and Louise both of Dieppe; two sons: Eugene (Colette) of Dieppe and Daniel (Sherry) of New Glasgow, NS; two grandchildren: René and Julie; one sister, Gemma Richard of Montreal; one brother-in-law, Valerie Bourgeois and one sister-in-law, Louise Richard; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Wilfred in 2006; her eleven brothers: Hubert, Fidèle, François, Arthur, Marcel, Normand, Rhéal, Patrice, baby Fidèle, baby Marcel, Guy and also two sisters: Thérèse and baby Maria.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB, (857-1901) on Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and also on Wednesday from 10 am until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated from Sainte-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB on Wednesday, February 26th, 2014 at 11 am. Interment in Notre-Dame du Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB. Donations to the Alzheimer Society or to the Providence Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
