It is with heavy hearts that the families of Lyndon Lawrence Young announce his sudden passing on Wednesday, February 26th, 2014, at the age of 49 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: his wife, Mary (nee White); his children: Lyndon and Brandon Young, Bryan Desmet and Alex Durand; his parents, Lawrence & Mary Jane (Jeannie) Young; his siblings: Liana Young (Chuck Lapointe), Suzanne Lissoway, Michelle Parenteau (Cory), Jason Young (Carla) and Jamie Young (Jessica); his mother-in-law, Ann Marie White. Lyndon was predeceased by his grandparents, Francis & Theresa Curtis and Joe & Elizabeth Young; his father-in-law, Robert White. Also leaving to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, family, friends, and his special friend, Dave Rumbolt. The family will be receiving family and friends from Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL, on Saturday, March 1st, 2014, from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service of Remembrance will take place on Sunday, March 2nd, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. from the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church on Bennett Ave., Deer Lake, NL, with Pastor George Coles officiating. Burial to follow at the Pentecostal Church section of the cemetery on Wight's Road, Deer Lake, NL. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake, NL.
