GALLAGHER, KATHLEEN - Kathleen Frances Gallagher, 83, of Woodstock, NB passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at The Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville, NB. Fran was born in New York on April 8, 1930, daughter of the late Robert and Kathleen (Sutherland) Olmstead. Fran is survived by her children; Sally Little (David) Woodstock, NB, Kay Simonds (Harrison) Woodstock, NB, Jane Gallagher (Hugh Shilling) Victoria, BC, Isaac Gallagher (Cindy) Saint John, NB, Beth Corscadden (Larry) Fredericton, NB, Pat McCaughan (Stuart) Darlings Island, NB, Samuel Gallagher (Valery) Whitehorse, YT, twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, sister; Laura Kirkpatrick Beaconsfield, QC, nieces, nephews and cousins. Besides her parents; Fran was predeceased by her husband; Charles, daughter; Claire, brothers; Albert and Robert.
Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home & Crematorium, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville on Friday, March 14 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 15 from St. James United Church at 3 PM with Rev. Deb Baker officiating. Interment will be held in The Centreville United Baptist Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. James United Church Fund or to a memorial of the donor’s choice.
