Passed peacefully away in the presence of her family at the Health Sciences Centre on Thursday, March 13, 2014, Betty Lou Penney, age 70 years of Holyrood. Predeceased by her husband, Michael, & loving sister, Joyce Tiedke. Left with fond and loving memories are her children: Ann Johnston (Chris), Sharon Boyle (Mark), Carolyn Murray (Clarence), Kim Ghaney (Derek), Jeanne Penney, Rod (Stacey), Dave (Joanna), Michael (Karen), Joe (Laura) Mary Dalton (Glenn), Robert (Lacey), her grandchildren: Michael, Morgan, Emma, Evan, Claire, Kaitlyn, Sara, Casey, Jackson, Anastasia, Aidan, Ava, Alyssa, Mikey, Joseph and Sydney, her sisters: Myrtle, Dorothy, Amy, & Shirley, brother, Dave and a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Saturday & Sunday from 2 pm - 4 pm & 7 pm - 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 10:00 am from Holy Cross Church, Holyrood. Internment to follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Holyrood.
