(Born: December 17, 1962) - Passed away suddenly in Fort McMurray, Alberta on Saturday, March 15th, 2014. George William Hodder, age 51 years. George was a member of the Edmonton Ironworkers Union Local 720, and employee with Aecon Industrial Western. Leaving to mourn his loving parents Harry and Florence Hodder (Peddle); Forever remembered by his sisters and brothers: Linda Collins (Robert), Harry (Ann) (Edmonton, AB), John, Tina Ricketts (Rick), Judy (Edmonton, Alberta), and Bob (Mandy); Nieces and Nephews: Glen Collins (Georgina - Michael, Stephen & Stephanie), Nicole Collins (Shane), Allan Ricketts (Shawna), Patrick Hodder, Colin Hodder, Landon Hodder; Also, numerous family, friends and co-workers including Shelley Lachance, Gary Browne, Greg Stockley, Brenda Wells, Quigley and White Families. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave, on Saturday, March 22, 2014 from 7-9pm and Sunday March 23, 2014 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be held at Barrett's Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, March 24, 2014 at 11:00am. Cremation will follow the service.
