BUTZ, Agnes Lenora
October 31, 1927 – March 19, 2014
It is with great sadness that the family of Agnes Butz announce her passing on Thursday, March 19th, 2014 at the age of 86 years. Agnes fought a valiant battle against cancer for many years and passed away with her loving family by her side. She is survived by her husband Ray of 61 years who was the love of her life and best friend, her children; Pam (Blair) Palmer, Wendy (Clifford) Keeler, Grant (Crystal) Butz, Sandi (Randy) Coulter, and Trevor (Sherry) Butz. Agnes is also survived by 10 grandchildren; Scott (Tammy) Palmer, Stefanie (Scotty) Palmer, Derek (Jodi) Keeler, Marci (Jared) Sweet, Colin (Richelle) Cooke, Sarah (Donovan) Cooke, Landon Coulter, Lee Coulter, Rylee (Dominic) Butz, MacKenzie (Lucas) Butz, and 7 great-grandchildren; Sidnee, Linkyn, Liam, Raya, Jaden, Barrett and Daniel. Agnes is also survived by her two sisters; Louise (Eddy) Biffart and Mabel (Rene) LeBlanc, sister in law Ruth Fauser, her special nephews, nieces and many dear friends. Agnes was predeceased by her parents; Christopher and Barbara Fauser, brothers; Ted, Elmer and Ken, sisters; Selma, Tina and Mert and son in law, Sandy. She will be sorefully missed by all who loved and knew her. A special thanks to Terry, Judy and staff on Unit 32 and the Palliative Care Unit of the Red Deer Regional Hospital. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Lui for his compassionate care. A funeral service for Agnes will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church 4310 39 St, Red Deer, Alberta.
