Ronald  Snow

Ronald Chestly Snow, 79, of Glace Bay passed away on Monday, March 24, 2014, at his home with his family by his side.
Born in Glace Bay, he was the son of the late Robert and Stella Snow. Ronald was a very hard worker all of his life as a coal miner and a carpenter he would try anything. He was a very kind hearted man and will be sadly missed by many family and friends.
He is survived by companion and best friend, Patricia Moore; sons, Dwight (Laura), Bobby (Melanie), Clyde (Sharon) and Arthur; daughter, Marlyn (Allan); brothers, Don (Pat) and Doug (Ann).
He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, his pride and joy Patricia and Robert who were there with him until the end and his dog Buddy who laid beside him every day.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Richard.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29 at 2 p.m. at Salvation Army Church, Union St., Glace Bay. Burial will take place at a later date.
Donations can be made to the Nova Scotia Lung Association or the Cape Breton Regional Palliative Care.
Funeral arrangements have been in trusted to Patten Funeral Home, 71 Union St., Glace Bay.
