LeBLANC, Victor Albert – age 70, MacNeil Ave., Yarmouth, passed away suddenly on Friday, March 28, 2014 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born December 13, 1943 in Yarmouth, he was a son of the late Albert and Odellie (Saulnier) LeBlanc. Victor was an avid Red Sox fan, and despite his illness, he maintained a positive attitude and continued to enjoy music and watching western movies. He is survived by a brother, Edgar LeBlanc, Yarmouth, as well as by sisters, Anita Deveau, Hebron; Linda Surette, Kingston, NS; Phyllis LeBlanc, Dartmouth; Shirley (Gilbert) Allen, Innisifail, AB, as well as by several nieces and nephews. Aside from his parents, he was predeceased by brothers, Lomer LeBlanc and Harold “Beaver” LeBlanc, as well as by sisters, Hilda Nickerson and Frances MacIntosh. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home and Crematorium in Yarmouth. Burial took place in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Yarmouth. It was requested that there be family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Yarmouth Food Bank.
