GORMAN, JANET MARIE - The death of Janet Marie (McArdle) Gorman occurred on April 15th, 2014 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born August 9th, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Melvina (Landry) McArdle and part of the 'McArdle Dozen' in Bathurst where she was born and raised. Janet is survived by her daughters, Coleen Gorman-Asal (Khalil) of Fredericton, NB, Christine Gorman (Brad Simser) of Sudbury, ON and Lorie Gorman (Richard Beaudry) of Fredericton, NB; the father of her children, John Gorman; grandchildren, Oliver, Madeleine, Sadie Grace, Andrew and Fiona; sisters, Paula Riordon, Joan Pettigrew, Lillian Boucher, Marina Dobson, Barbara Sweet, Nancy Martinez, Charlene Thibideau, Mary Martin and Elaine McArdle as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial gathering will take place at McAdam's Funeral Home on Thursday, April 17th, 2014 between 3 to 6 pm with words of remembrance being spoken at 5 pm.
