McCORMACK, ORLANDO - Our beautiful mother passed away on April 20, 2014 at the DECH after being lovingly cared for at home by her son Mike during an extended period of illness. After marrying the love of her life Art, mom made the decision to remain at home and raise a family. Her four children will be eternally grateful that she made that selfless decision. Her ability to instill the values of love, family, loyalty and respect are some of the precious gifts she gave us – we will carry her unconditional love in our hearts forever. Mom will be missed beyond measure by her children Ann Machum (Greg), Chris McCormack (Cathy), Allan McCormack (Marie) and Mike McCormack. Gram will also be missed by her grandchildren - Melissa Hill (Justin), Michael, Emily, Heather and David Machum; Ashley, Greg, Ryan and Kyle McCormack, Joanna Nevers (Jason) and Kayla McCormack; and by her great-grandchildren Alexander, Keaton, and Cooper Hill; Holly, Summer and Taya Nevers. Her best friends were her sisters Margie Votour and Marie Matthews of Miramichi. They will miss their daily chats with Orlando.
There will be no visitation at the request of family who will hold a private celebration of her life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Hospice Fredericton in Orlando’s memory, would be appreciated by the family. www.mcadamsfh.com
