BASKIN - Isabelle Josephene (Noble) - passed away peacefully at the age of 83 at Pine Grove Nursing Home, Fredericton, NB, surrounded by her loving family. Born in 1930 to the late Donald B. Noble and Thelma J. Noble (Phillips) and loving wife to the late Ret. Sgt. William H. Baskin. She grew up in the rural community of Rusagonis in Southern New Brunswick with her older brother, the late William A. Noble, and younger brother, the late Donald S. Noble.
