It is with great sadness that the family of the late Robert Hewitt announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Monday May 5, 2014, at the age of 81 years. He leaves to mourn his loving wife Ada of 60 years. Daughter Jean Pinksen (Bruce), Sons Glenn Hewitt (Geraldine) and Barry Hewitt (Freda). Grandchildren Dale Oliver (Crystal), Holly Bussey (Weldon), Natasha Michelin, Trina Dailey (Bill), Ryan Thorne (Madison), Kristie Rideout (Brian) and Andy Rideout (Julia) Great grandchildren Cassie, Emily, Noah, Owen, Jude, D.J., Christina, Conner, Chloe, Liam. Sister Minnie Osmond, Brothers Herbert (Viola), Warwick (Irene), David and a wide circle of family and friends and a very special friend in his time of need Joan O’Keefe of Halfway Point. He was predeceased by Father and Mother Joseph and Cicely Hewitt, Twin brothers Harry and Warwick, brother Alex, sister Rosemary and grandson Kent Hewitt. Visitation will be held at St. Georges Church of England in Cormack, Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9, Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday May 8 at 2pm from St. Georges Church of England in Cormack with Reverend Bryan Pearson officiating.
