BREAU, LUCY (NITA) A. - Lucy (Nita) A. Breau, 94, of Spencer Memorial Home, Moncton, with loving family members at her side, passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, May 15, 2014. Born in Souris, PEI, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Lucy Perry. Lucy was a retired hairdressing instructor with 61 years' service and a Life Member of the New Brunswick Hairdressers Association, and attended St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church. Lucy will be sadly missed by her daughter, Donna Breau of Moncton; sons, Bud Breau (Louise) of Halifax, NS and Gary Breau (Robyn) of Dartmouth, NS; precious grandchildren, Randy of Moncton, Marc (Paula) of Bedford, NS, Andrew (Kim) of Hammonds Plains, NS, Tony (Miranda) of Dartmouth, NS and Shauna of Calgary, AB; cherished great-grandchildren, Noah, Hannah and Lila; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, George L. Breau (2000); several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral service at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 10:30 am, with Rev. Paul Breau officiating. Reception in the funeral home reception centre following the service.
