ARCHIBALD, DAVID - Mr. David Archibald of Dutch Valley passed away on May 15, 2014 at the age of 78. He was the son of the late Charles and Marjorie (Rhindress) Archibald and the husband of the late Joan (Parlee) Archibald who passed away in 2009. David is survived by his three daughters: Kathy Cole (Elmer) and Connie Archibald of Sussex Corner, and Sharon Archibald of Halifax, NS; his sisters: Joan Robinson, Alice O'Neil and Bonita Cox; his sister-in-law, Margaret Archibald; his five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. David was predeceased by his brothers: William and Jim; and by his sisters: Fran, Eileen and Norma.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex (506-433-1176) where visitation will be held this evening from 6 to 8 pm. Funeral service will be held from Salvation Army Community Church on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 11:00 am.
