BAINBRIDGE, AGNES LAURA - (1924 - 2014) - Mrs. Agnes Bainbridge formerly Ingalls Head, Grand Manan Island passed away on May 19, 2014 at The Grand Manan Nursing Home. She was the daughter of the late Percy and Rebecca (Bainbridge) Ward. She is survived by her children Pat (Harold) Ingalls, Agnes Melanson, Irene (Lionel) Scott, John (Sharon) Bainbridge, Russell (Priscilla) Bainbridge, Gerald (Frances) Bainbridge, and Herbert (Cindy) Bainbridge, twenty-one grandchildren and forty-four great-grandchildren, one brother Gerald (Eileen) Ward. Agnes is predeceased by her parents, her husband Thornton Bainbridge, one son Gordon Bainbridge, also one sister Lillian MacGregor.
Visiting will take place on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at Ells Funeral Home. The funeral service will be from St. Paul Anglican Church Hall on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 1:00pm. Donations in memory of Agnes may be made to The Grand Manan Nursing Home, or the donor’s choice.
