HEBERT, EUGENE - Eugene Hebert, 54, of Grande-Digue, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Hospital Centre. Born March 18, 1960 in Bouctouche, he was the son of Yvonne née Despres and the late Léo Hebert. He was employed with J.P. Gallant Trucking. He is survived by his mother, Yvonne (Paul Cormier); three brothers: Donald (Doris), Danny (Charline), and Marc (Carole); a daughter, Janice; three grandchildren; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A sister, Léa also predeceased him.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297). Visiting hours Tuesday, May 27 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. The funeral mass will be celebrated at La Visitation Roman Catholic Church, 416, Route 530 in Grande-Digue on Wednesday May 28 at 10:30 am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
