BELLIVEAU, DORA - Dora Belliveau, formerly of Champlain Street, Dieppe, passed away on Monday, March 17, 2014 at K.E. Spencer Memorial Home. Born in Dieppe, she was the daughter of the late Napoléon and May Ethel (Surette) Poirier. Prior to her retirement, she was employed at the Villa du Repos and the Moncton Museum. Dora loved to spend time with her family and friends at her cottage in Caissie Cape. She is survived by several nieces and nephews in the United States and in the Moncton area. She also leaves her faithful and dear friend, Florence Cormier of Moncton. She was the last survivor of her immediate family. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter (1971); one sister, Lorraine Mocniak (1984); and one brother, René Poirier (1992). Dora’s family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to the staff of K.E. Spencer Memorial Home and Serenacare for their compassionate and dedicated care given to Dora over the years.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Friday June 6, 2014 at 11 am.
