The family of the late Joyce Denty would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all those who demonstrated their care by providing food, donations, cards, presence and phone calls, Your thoughts, prayers and support are so appreciated during this challenging life event and time of grief. Joyce was known for her deep love of family and especially for her grand-children, and great-grand-children. She had a great sense of humour, a wonderful cook and loved the outdoors. Joyce passed away June 2nd, 2014 and is sadly missed by her six children, fourteen grand-children, and two great-grand-children. She leaves one sister Clara (Kevin) Donahue of Gander, and one brother Lorne (Verna) Moss of Eastport and a large circle of family and friends. Joyce was predeceased by her husband, Herbert Denty, sisters Florella Calder and Jean Stroud; brothers Joe Moss and Don; and grand-children Kimberley Bradley Denty and Christopher Glover. The family would like to say a special thank-you to the staff, nurses,and Drs. of the James Paton Memorial Regional Health Center for making her stay comfortable and as personable as possible.
