62, Passed away in Hants Community Hospital, Windsor, NS on Saturday June 7, 2014.

Survived by partner Carol Gammon; children Sherry (Brian), Philip "Smiley", Amanda, Angela, Erin and Tabitha; grandchildren Garth, Krystal, Andrew, Dinaha, Bronson & Cassidy. sisters, Marlene (Ray), Charlotte, Deanna (John); step-sisters Ann & Kay; brother Robie and step-brothers Fred & Lincoln

He is also survived by fur babies, Ranger, Bear, Snowflake, Princess "Lucy"

Predeceased by his parents George Olyn and Bordon Hermina Burgess, also step-mother Irene; brothers, Angus and Merton

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Demont Family Funeral Home; there will be no visitation, funeral or reception

The family would like to thank the palliative care unit for their care and support.
