The death occurred at the Margaret Stewart Ellis Home, O'Leary, on Thursday, June 12, 2014, of Gertrude "Trudy" Helen Kuhl (nee O'Connor), O'Leary, aged 86, wife of the late Carl Kuhl. Born in Cape Wolfe on January 5, 1928, daughter of the late Raymond and Bernice (Crossman) O'Connor. Trudy is survived by several stepchildren and step-grandchildren, as well as, several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews. Trudy is also survived by brother Alfred O'Connor, Hamilton, ON. Predeceased by her parents, husband Carl (1993), brothers Arthur, Edward and Danny O'Connor, sisters: Eunice and Ella O'Halloran and Laura Stewart. Resting at the Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary, with visiting hours Saturday, June 14, from 12-1:15 p.m. followed by the funeral service in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow in the Cape Wolfe United Cemetery. In memory of Trudy, memorials to the O'Leary Community Health Foundation (MSEH) would be appreciated.
