NICHOLSON, EUGENE BARRY - Eugene B. Nicholson of Woodstock, NB and formerly of Ritchie, NB passed away June 15, 2014 at Carleton Manor. He was born at Woodstock, NB in 1942, a son of the late Carroll and Reta (Ritchie) Nicholson. Eugene was a former member of the Woodstock Art Club. He had a great talent in creativity and he loved painting and drawing. He enjoyed jazz music and spending quality time with his nieces and nephews. He is survived by two brothers, Curtis Nicholson (Brenda), Upper Kingsclear, NB and Floyd Nicholson (Brenda), Ritchie, NB; a sister-in-law, Carmen Nicholson, Nackawic, NB; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Ron Nicholson in 2012.
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 from 12 noon until 2 p.m. followed by a graveside service at the Hillman Cemetery, 69 Ritchie Road at 2:30 p.m. with Rev.
