It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ross Brake announce his passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at the age of 74 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and precious memories his loving wife Gretta; special niece Donna Spencer; daughters: Kim McCauley (Jon), Terrilea Graham (Steve), ON; son Randy, Colorado; six grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; stepchildren: Emma Stuart (Jamie), Lyndon, Perry Sheldon, Dave (Jacinta), Amanda (Frank), and Donna; nine step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; brother Don (Mary); sister in law Edna (Jim), as well as a large circle of nieces & nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by parents Norman and Rosalie; brothers Albert and Jerry; sister- in-law Alma, and stepsons Craig and John Janes. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place from the Salvation Army Citadel, Clarence Street on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Major Raymond Janes officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion, the Canadian Cancer Society or the Salvation Army Citadel.
