GRATTAN, EILEEN - 1928 - 2014 - Eileen Grattan, 86, of the Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste in Bouctouche and formerly of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, passed away peacefully at the Manoir, on Wednesday, June 25, 2014. Born in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and the late Elizabeth (Burns) Grattan. Prior to her retirement Eileen was employed as a clerk in the Law Library at the University of Moncton. She will be sadly missed by her sister; Pauline Grattan of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent and by several nieces and nephews. Eileen was predeceased by five sisters; Monica, Mary, Agnes, Helen and Elizabeth, and by two brothers; Jack and Joe.
Visitations will be held in the Sainte-Anne-de-Kent Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room on Friday, June 27, 2014, from 2 to 4 and from 5:30 to 6:45pm. Funeral Mass will be held in the Sainte-Anne-de-Kent Church on Friday, June 27, 2014 at 7:00pm. In Eileen’s memory a donation can be made to the Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste.
