We, Patrick (Pat) Gallivan, the family of the late Patrick (Pat) Gallivan wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all of our relatives, friends and neighbors for the kindness and support shown to us during the recent passing of a dear husband, father, grandfather and friend. Thank you to everyone who made visits to our homes, sent sympathy cards, Mass cards, meals to our homes, flowers, letters, phone calls, e-mails. Thanks are also extended for monetary donations to Holy Redeemer Building Fund, Whitney Pier Society of the Arts, the Curly Adams Fund, c/o the Fairvale Animal Hospital, St. John, N.B., Horizon Achievement Centre, Mass for Shut Ins, Palliative Care, Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation, the Cancer and Alzheimer Societies. Also to all who attended the funeral Mass, your kind words and presence touched us deeply. To Father Paul Murphy, the altar servers, Eucharistic ministers, Holy Redeemer Choir for the lovely selection of hymns, Brian Gallivan and Dr. Glenn Gallivan for the beautiful readings, our thanks are extended. To Wayne and Kollin Weatherbee, your professionalism and kindness shown to us during this difficult time was very much appreciated. A special thank you to family friend Kay Violande for the wonderful lunch provided following the Mass. Your thoughtfulness and kindness will not be forgotten.
